About Welbar Chicks
Welbar chickens are a hybrid chicken breed developed for efficient meat and egg production. They are fast-growing and hardy, making them ideal for both small-scale farmers and commercial poultry operations. Welbars are known for their strong, sturdy bodies and good feed conversion, producing tender, flavorful meat within a short period. They also lay moderate numbers of brown eggs, giving them a dual-purpose advantage. These chicks are generally calm and easy to manage, adapting well to different housing systems and climates. Welbar chicks are a top choice for farmers seeking reliable growth, high productivity, and low-maintenance poultry.
